(WA) is seeking a contractor to supply and install internal and roof waterproofing systems for the New Women and Babies Hospital, under packages NWB-GEN-ST-SCM-1109-A and NWB-GEN-ST-SCM-1109-B. Scope The works include but are not necessarily limited to: Supply and installation of all applied waterproofing systems above ground, including internal wet areas Waterproofing of screeds where applicable Waterproofing of external podiums, terraces, balconies and landscaped areas Roof waterproofing (excluding roofing systems) Associated ancillary waterproofing works Coordination with interfacing trades and compatible materials and finishes Testing and inspections of installed works Protection of completed works Contractor Requirements Compliance with all relevant codes, standards, project specifications and approved system requirements Allowance for all ancillary requirements necessary for a complete and compliant installation
