Overview The State Library of Western Australia (SLWA) is seeking to establish a panel of book publishers to support the supply of titles for its Better Beginnings early literacy program. About Since 2004, SLWA has supplied reading packs to Western Australian families with children aged 0 to 5 years as part of its Better Beginnings early literacy program. Scope The scope includes: Supply of Western Australian and Australian non-commercial grade quality children's books for the Better Beginnings program Instructions to Tenderers Potential Respondents will need to be registered on Tenders WA in order to submit an Offer.
