The Shire of Ashburton is seeking tender submissions from suitably registered, qualified and experienced Contractors to reconstruct various roads and road segments within the Paraburdoo Industrial Area on Beasley Road, and Turee Way, Paraburdoo, Australia (WA). The Works are to be contracted under the following two (2) Separable Portions: • SEPARABLE PORTION 1: Beasley Road reconstruction • SEPARABLE PORTION 2: Turee Way reconstruction The successful Tenderer shall provide all necessary services including, materials, products, labour, plant and equipment for its management, construction and completion of the whole of the work under the Contract in compliance with the National Construction Codes (NCC) 2022 and all relevant Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, Western Australian and Commonwealth legislation, statutes, ordinance, rules and regulations bearing on the provision of such services and conduct of the work under the Contract.
