Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Justice (DOJ), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a perimeter fence security system upgrade at Wooroloo Prison Farm. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Upgrade of the perimeter fence security system at Wooroloo Prison Farm Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all equipment described in the tender documentation Supply of all materials and services necessary for or incidental to the installation and commissioning of the system Delivery of the works while the premises remain fully operational, with minimal inconvenience and disturbance to other users of the facility for the duration of the contract Contractor Requirements The Contractor is deemed to have: Examined all contract documents, the site and its surroundings, and any other information made available to the Contractor Examined the Contract Preliminaries which form part of this document Examined all information relevant to the risks, contingencies and other circumstances having an effect on the contract and which is obtainable by making enquiries Satisfied itself as to the correctness and sufficiency of its contract and that its price covers the cost of complying with all obligations of the contract documents and all matters necessary for the due and proper performance and completion of the work described in the contract documents Instructions to Tenderers Respondents must complete and submit the provided confidentiality agreement via email to tenders.wa@programmed.com.au to attain access to Annexure 1, Scope & Specification, as part of the tender documentation. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit and mandatory site briefing will be held at Wooroloo Prison Farm. Date: 3 September 2026 Time: 10:00 AM Location: Great Eastern Hwy, Wooroloo WA 6558 Mandatory: Attendance at the briefing is a prerequisite to submission and consideration of a bid Registration: Register via email to Tenders.WA@programmed.com.au Tenderers must confirm attendance at least two days prior, including the full names of those attending A maximum of two (2) representatives per company may attend Attendees must present valid photo ID, such as a driver's licence, on the day Mobile phones are not permitted on site
