Overview VenuesWest is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Architect to act as Lead Consultant for the PHPC Back of House Change Rooms Detailed Design project at the Perth High Performance Centre (PHPC). Purpose The project aims to upgrade and repurpose existing back-of-house facilities to support the return and growth of elite basketball at PHPC, including the Perth Lynx Women's National Basketball League (WNBL) team, while enhancing the venue's capability to host high-performance sporting and entertainment events. Scope The scope includes: Acting as Lead Consultant for the Project, with overall responsibility and accountability for the design, coordination, integration and delivery of all required consultant disciplines Engaging, managing and coordinating specialist subconsultants to deliver a fully coordinated, compliant and construction-ready design Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified Architect capable of acting as Lead Consultant for the Project Site Inspection A mandatory site visit will be held for this opportunity.
