About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a Landscape Playground Upgrade at Connolly Primary School. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Redevelopment of two existing play areas into nature-based learning and recreation spaces Installation of new play equipment Construction of rock scramble elements Installation of a concrete slide Construction of balance trails Installation of softfall mulch Native landscaping and irrigation works Construction of retaining walls Paving and related site works Preservation and protection of existing trees and key site infrastructure during the works Contract Terms and Conditions Works are scheduled to begin during the school holidays The school is able to accommodate any necessary contingency works that may continue into the school term Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at 169 Fairway Circle, Connolly on 13 Aug 2026 at 10:00 AM.
