Pre-mixed Concrete Supply & Delivery

The City of Cockburn (the Principal) requires a suitably experienced and fully resourced Contractor to manufacture, supply and deliver pre‑mixed concrete to the City’s Operations Centre in Bibra Lake and to various locations across the municipality, as directed by authorised City officers. The City’s primary requirements include the supply of N20 concrete with 20 mm aggregate, an 80 mm nominal slump and kerbing mix, with the Contractor also expected to provide additional pre‑mixed concrete products of a similar nature throughout the Contract term. The Contractor must maintain sufficient production capacity, fleet availability and operational systems to ensure reliable, timely and consistent delivery of concrete to support the City’s ongoing kerbing, civil maintenance and minor capital works programs. Normal delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Specification is to be read in the context it is written and will be the basis upon which the Contractor is to achieve an acceptable standard and level of service. The proposed contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to a further twelve (12) months. It is the Principal's expectation that the Contract is expected to commence in August 2026 A full statement of services required under the proposed contract appears in the B01 Specification.
