Overview The Shire of Dardanup is seeking submissions from suitable and experienced suppliers to form a Panel of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for wet and dry plant and equipment hire services. Scope The scope includes: Provision of wet and dry plant and equipment hire services as an additional resource for the Shire's operational teams Supply of plant to assist in maintaining the Shire's current infrastructure Supply of smaller and larger plant for various maintenance tasks and ongoing usage Tender Briefing A non-mandatory briefing session aimed at ensuring compliance with the RFT criteria will be held as follows: Date: Tuesday 17 November 2026 Time: 8 am Location: Shire of Dardanup depot, Martin Pelusey Road Please RSVP to procurement@dardanup.wa.gov.au. Instructions to Tenderers A copy of the request for quote documentation must be obtained by registering your details at the Shire of Dardanup's e-tendering portal at www.tenderlink.com/dardanup/. All contact for this request for quote must be made via the Shire's e-tendering portal, marked to the attention of the Procurement Officer. Any response not submitted via the Shire's e-tendering portal will not be accepted for evaluation. The lowest or any response will not necessarily be accepted, and canvassing of the Shire of Dardanup's Councillors or staff will disqualify suppliers from the evaluation process.
