About this tender
Overview The Public Trustee (WA) invites offers from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of commercial property management services for the Public Trustee building located at 553 Hay Street, Perth, Western Australia (the Property). About The Property is a 13-level commercial building. The current property management contract for the Property is due to expire on 30 November 2026. This Request is being conducted as an open tender to establish a new contract for the continued delivery of critical property management services for the Property. Scope The scope includes: Provision of commercial property management services for the Property, to support effective asset, tenant, operational and financial management Coordination and management of on-site contractors and service providers Delivery of services in accordance with the requirements set out in the Request, including Schedule 2, Specification / Statement of Requirements Contract Terms and Conditions The proposed Customer Contract will be for an initial term of five (5) years, with five (5) one-year extension options at the sole discretion of the Customer It is anticipated that the new contract will commence on 1 December 2026, unless otherwise approved by the Customer Instructions to Tenderers The Respondent must not contact any other person within Government or any consultant engaged in relation to this Request to discuss this Request.
