Provision of Catering Services to Muresk Institute

Overview The Department of Training and Workforce Development (WA) is seeking a contractor to provide on-site catering services at Muresk Institute. Scope The scope includes: Regular catering services for the provision of meals to apprentices and other students undergoing training at Muresk (minimum requirement) Ad-hoc catering services for corporate meetings or events hosted by Muresk (minimum requirement) Ad-hoc catering services for corporate and special events, and conferences hosted at Muresk by third parties (desirable) Café-style services available to third parties, including Muresk staff, apprentices, day students, industry participants and other visitors, on-site at Muresk (desirable) Third party transactions arising from ad-hoc catering services and café-style services delivered to third parties are not in scope of any contract established through this Request. Contractor Requirements Adherence to standards and licensing requirements when delivering ad-hoc catering services and café-style services to third parties Compliance with Muresk site-use requirements, cleanliness standards, and reporting obligations in relation to contracted capacity services Site Inspection A non-mandatory, individual site visit for Respondents can be arranged upon request at Muresk Institute, via 1 Muresk Road (via Spencers Brook Road), Northam WA. Attendance: Non-mandatory, arranged individually upon request Location: Muresk Institute, via 1 Muresk Road (via Spencers Brook Road), Northam WA Respondents are strongly encouraged to organise and attend a site visit prior to submitting an Offer to better understand the site and to review available catering supplies and equipment. To organise a site visit, potential respondents must contact Kaitlin Baker via email at Kaitlin.Baker@dohw.gov.au no later than 2:30PM, Western Australia on Friday 6 November 2026. Any site visits requested after 6 November may only be accommodated at the discretion of Muresk.
