Overview The Department of Justice (WA) is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services at Wandoo Rehabilitation Prison, a medium-security rehabilitation prison for women in Murdoch, within the Perth Metropolitan region. About Wandoo Rehabilitation Prison requires the provision of cleaning services three days a week to maintain a safe and healthy environment for staff and visitors. Scope The scope includes: Provision of cleaning services at Wandoo Rehabilitation Prison three days a week Cleaning of portions of the facility that cannot be accessed by prisoners who conduct the rest of the site's cleaning Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory site visit and briefing will be held for Respondents. Date: 28 July 2026 Time: 1:00 PM Western Australia Time Location: Corner of Murdoch Dr & Bramanti Rd, Murdoch WA 6150 Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid. Failure to attend the briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.
