Overview The City of Belmont requires the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide scheduled kitchen exhaust system, grease filter exchange, and kitchen equipment cleaning services across multiple City-owned and managed facilities. Purpose The services are required to ensure kitchen exhaust systems and cooking equipment remain safe, hygienic, compliant with relevant regulations, and fit for ongoing operation.
