Provision of HVAC Building Management Systems (BMS) Maintenance

Overview The City of Perth is issuing this RFT to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, fault rectification, and associated support services for HVAC Building Management Systems (BMS) installed within nominated City Buildings. Scope The scope includes: Preventative maintenance of HVAC Building Management Systems (BMS) installed within nominated City Buildings Reactive maintenance of HVAC BMS installations Fault rectification of HVAC BMS installations Associated support services for HVAC BMS installations Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in HVAC Building Management Systems maintenance, fault rectification, and support services Site Inspection A mandatory site visit for tenderers will be conducted.
