Overview The City of Belmont is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide timber decking maintenance, oiling, and protective coating services for timber infrastructure and outdoor furniture assets across multiple locations within the City, with the intent of improving asset longevity, public safety and aesthetic presentation.
