Provision of Reticulated Gas Supply

Overview The City of Mandurah, as Principal, is seeking a Gas Supply Agreement (GSA) from a Gas Retailer (referred to as the Contractor for the purposes of this Contract) for the supply of reticulated natural gas and related services under the terms for retail competition in the deregulated market for the state of Western Australia. Scope The scope includes: Supply of reticulated natural gas Provision of related services under the Gas Supply Agreement Instructions to Tenderers The requirements to be provided by the Tenderer under the proposed Contract are set out in Part 2 - Specification.
