Information Requested Quote submissions must: Review the Scope of Works and advise Lake Maintenance of any inconsistencies, errors, incomplete information, or clarifications before submitting the quote Include a formal quote on company letterhead, valid for 30 days Include a price breakdown per trade type using the supplied 'MDT Price Breakdown' template Provide an estimated Service Delivery Program (SDP) including mobilisation time and time to complete works Indicate whether a progress payment arrangement is to be considered (Yes or No) Identify all ACM pricing separately per property, if applicable If a company is unable to provide a quote submission, it should reply to the request email briefly explaining the reason, selecting from: A) Pricing, B) Current Capacity and Workload, C) Nature of Works, or D) Resources. Progress payment terms must be recommended by the Head Contractor at the time of submitting quotes to the Principal. These terms are negotiable but must be agreed with the Principal prior to any works being awarded. Contractor Requirements Quote submissions must follow the requirements set by the Department of Housing and Works, as reflected in all attached documents Incomplete submissions will be rejected Works will only be deemed completed and paid after all scope requirements have been submitted, including before and after photos, waterproofing photos, and reports All subcontractors, their employees, and contractors must complete onboarding inductions prior to commencing work on site Subcontractors must follow the appropriate protocols when entering and leaving remote communities Instructions to Tenderers Quote submissions must be prepared with reference to the attached documentation and must adhere to the technical specification requirements.
