About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Children's Gallery Redevelopment at the DFES Education & Heritage Centre. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Redevelopment of the Old Central Fire Station Heritage Centre's existing All Hazards Gallery into a new play-based disaster preparedness gallery for children and families Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at 25 Murray St, Perth on 31 July 2026 at 10:00 AM. A mandatory site briefing will also be held at the DFES Education & Heritage Centre, located at 25 Murray St, Perth WA 6000. Attendance at the briefing is a prerequisite to submission and consideration of a bid. Please register via email to Tenders.WA@programmed.com.au.
