Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Justice (DOJ), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the relocation of external stores, including associated services and earthworks, at Wooroloo Prison Farm. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Relocation of external stores, including services and earthworks, at Wooroloo Prison Farm Building permit application, including council liaison Installation of temporary fencing Ground scanning for services prior to excavations Preparation of fortnightly lookaheads updated weekly, including dates, work hours, personnel attending, vehicles, machinery, tools, work area, and tasks Asset data collection Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking works of this nature DOJ security clearances required for personnel attending site Site Inspection A site visit will be held at Great Eastern Hwy, Wooroloo on 22 July 2026 at 10:30 AM. A non-mandatory site briefing will also be held at Wooroloo Prison Farm, Great Eastern Hwy, Wooroloo WA 6558.
