Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake repairs to cracked court surface lining at Ashburton Drive Primary School. Scope The scope includes: Upgrade and reconstruction of the existing basketball court at Ashburton Drive Primary School Removal of the existing court pavement Construction of a new pavement to the required levels and drainage falls Carrying out all work during school holidays and, if required, during school term with minimal disruption to school operations during school class hours Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking court surface repair, upgrade, and reconstruction works Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at 6 Nullagine Way, Gosnells on 9 Sep, 2026 at 10:00 AM. A non-mandatory site briefing will also be held at Ashburton Drive Primary School.
