Road Upgrades

Overview The Shire of Menzies (RFT 03-2026) invites experienced civil contractors to apply to upgrade three roads west of Menzies. Scope The scope includes: Evanston - Menzies Road: upgrade and seal from SLK 38.61 to SLK 43.61, 5km in total Mount Ida Road: upgrade by gravel sheeting from SLK 5.00 to SLK 15.00, 10km in total Kookynie Mt Remarkable Road: upgrade by gravel sheeting from SLK 12.00 to SLK 20.00, 8km in total Instructions to Tenderers Tender documents are available for download via the Core Business Australia Tenderlink portal: portal.tenderlink.com/corebusiness/ Tenders must be uploaded to the Core Business Australia Tenderlink Portal at the above address prior to the Tender deadline. Late tenders will not be accepted, and facsimile or hardcopy tenders will not be accepted. The Shire of Menzies does not intend to submit a Tender. The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted. Council may, at its absolute discretion, exclude a tenderer for any reason, including canvassing of Councillors or employees.
