About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake roof membrane replacement, cladding and associated works at Perth Campus B1. Scope The scope includes: Replacement and rectification of the Level 6 roof membrane at North Metropolitan TAFE Perth Campus Building 1 (25 Aberdeen Street) Associated works with building services Roof plumbing works Cladding works Other associated reinstatement works Contract Terms and Conditions Noisy works are permitted only for the duration of 18/12/2026 to 22/01/2027 (dates subject to NMT and DTWD confirmation), and must adhere to the guidelines of the local city/council Works are expected to be carried out throughout the Christmas period and public holidays that coincide with the TAFE study holiday period Any noisy works required outside of the TAFE study period are permitted only on weekends on an ad-hoc basis with NMT/DTWD approval, and must adhere to the guidelines of the local city/council Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at Perth Campus B1, 25 Aberdeen Street, Perth, on 17 September 2026 at 1:00 PM. A non-mandatory site briefing will also be held at Perth Campus B1, 25 Aberdeen Street, Perth WA.
