Overview North Metropolitan TAFE (NMTAFE) is seeking offers for the supply and delivery of Nasco Healthcare Life/form® Adult Venipuncture and Injection Skin & Vein Replacement Kits. Purpose The kits are required to support learning by allowing continued use of NMTAFE's suite of Nasco Healthcare Life/form® Adult Venipuncture and Injection Arms within the Nursing and Science and Environment Portfolios. The kits are needed to regularly replace deteriorating skin and veins, restoring the functionality of the injection arms. The Goods will support the training of NMTAFE students enrolled in the Diploma of Enrolled Nursing and Science and Environment for the Certificate III in Pathology Collection. Scope The scope includes: Supply and delivery of Life/form® Advanced Multi-Venous IV & Injection Arm Skin and Vein Replacement Kits Accessories relevant for the complete and proper functioning of the Goods and their safe use by students in a classroom environment Standard Manufacturer's Warranty Contract Terms and Conditions NMTAFE does not guarantee any volume of Orders for Goods during the Contract Term, including any extension options Orders will be placed on an as-required basis, dependent on student usage, training demand and replacement requirements Where the specified SKU is superseded, upgraded or replaced during the Contract Term, NMTAFE may purchase the upgraded, replacement or equivalent model on an as-required basis, provided it is compatible with NMTAFE's existing Life/form® Advanced Venipuncture and Injection Arms and meets or exceeds the specification requirements Enquiries Contact: Sharon Mo Phone: (08) 92020425 Email: sharon.mo@nmtafe.wa.edu.au
