Overview The City of Wanneroo is seeking to engage a supplier via a Public Request for Tender for the supply, installation, and maintenance of health and fitness assets at Wanneroo Aquamotion. Scope The scope includes: Supply of health and fitness equipment for Wanneroo Aquamotion Installation of the health and fitness equipment Maintenance of the health and fitness equipment under a rental agreement Contract Terms and Conditions Contract term: 3 years (36 months) Extension options: 2 x 12-month extension options Equipment supply is under the terms of a rental lease Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Mandatory Site Briefing Date: Wednesday 29 July 2026 Time: 11am to 12pm Location: Wanneroo Aquamotion, 19 Civic Drive, Wanneroo Attendance: Mandatory. Prospective tenderers must attend to be eligible to submit a tender Registration deadline: Close of business Friday 24 July 2026 Register with: Geraldine Walters, email geraldine.walters@wanneroo.wa.gov.au, phone (08) 9405 5967 All attendees will be required to sign an acknowledgement register of attendance. The purpose of the briefing is to allow suppliers to clarify uncertainties and undertake detailed measurement of the facility to produce a scale layout design. Follow-up Site Visits Follow-up site visits are not mandatory and are supplier-initiated. After the mandatory briefing, suppliers may invite City representatives to a site of their choice to demonstrate proposed equipment. City representatives are available on Wednesday 5 August or Thursday 8 August 2026.
