About this tender
Overview The Department of Treasury and Finance (the Department) is seeking to establish a whole of government standing offer for Total Apparel Management Services. The proposed Common Use Arrangement (CUA) will enable State Government agencies and approved buyers to purchase an end-to-end management service for the provision of uniforms for WA State agencies. About The Department intends to commence the new arrangement immediately following the expiry of Total Apparel Management Services CUATAM2016. Purpose The CUA is intended to provide State Government agencies and approved buyers with an end-to-end management service for the provision of uniforms. Scope The scope includes: Provision of an end-to-end management service for uniforms for WA State agencies Categories and CUA structure to be set out in the Draft Request Possible revisions and enhancements to existing categories, reflecting the business requirements of State Government agencies and approved buyers Contract Terms and Conditions The estimated CUA term will be detailed in the Draft Request. Instructions to Tenderers The Contract Authority may, at its discretion, request samples, demonstrations, workshops, clarification meetings and/or site visits from some or all Respondents as part of the selection process. It is anticipated that the Draft Request for Comment will be advertised and available for download in Quarter 2 of 2026/2027 (October to December 2026) on Tenders WA. Potential Respondents will be given approximately 2 to 3 weeks to submit questions and feedback.
