Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the install of a steel shade structure and court refurbishment at Tuart Hill Primary School The Work includes but is not limited to: Installing a steel shade structure and refurbishing a section of the court. Service Scanning Temp fence for entire work area Traffic control if required Make good to all impacted and affected areas. Make good to be of high workmanship returning impacted area to previous state and aesthetic. Contractor to obtain all relevant permits and approvals to complete works. Please Note that: due to the location of these works being centered within the school, construction is to start at the beginning of the October school holidays (25/09/2026) and as much of the construction program is to be completed within this school holiday period (25/09/2026 – 11/10/2026). Tuart Hill PS will allow 3 weeks of construction to carry over into term 4 however works within this time are to be reduced to a minimum where possible.
