All tenders are to be lodged electronically through the City of Karratha Tenderlink Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline of 2:00pm (AWST) on Tuesday, 20 October 2026. This is the only method by which tenders will be accepted for evaluation. No late tenders will be accepted. All tenders submitted by facsimile, email, mail, hand delivery, telephone, or by any method other than the City of Karratha Tenderlink Portal will not be accepted for evaluation. The opening of the electronic tender box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the tender closure deadline. All or any tenders are not necessarily accepted.
