Upgrades to Parking Lots - Nollamara Primary School

Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education (DOE), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake upgrades to parking lots at Nollamara Primary School. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: A revised kiss and drive Additional car parking bays Modifications to internal vehicle circulation and access A new crossover Removal, pruning and management of existing trees Associated landscaping, drainage, line marking and signage works A covered pedestrian walkway and associated site works, offered as an optional pricing item Contract Terms and Conditions The project is to be completed during the December/January school holiday period, prior to Term 1 commencing in February 2027 Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held as follows: Date: 7 October 2026 Time: 1:00 PM Location: 101 Harrison St, Nollamara A mandatory site briefing will also be held at Nollamara Primary School.
