About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) has been engaged by the Department of Housing and Works and the Department of Education (DOE), who for the purpose of this contract will be the Principal. PFM is seeking a subcontractor to perform the substation and mechanical upgrade works at Wanneroo Secondary College, 56 Quarkum St, Wanneroo WA 6065. Scope The scope includes: Design, supply, installation and commissioning of new air conditioning and ventilation systems for the Design & Technology Block Installation of split and cassette air conditioning units Installation of fresh air systems and associated ductwork Installation of controls and associated electrical works Demolition of redundant HVAC infrastructure All required make-good works Site investigations and preparation of shop drawings Testing, balancing and commissioning of the system Handover of a fully operational system Key Project Risks PFM has identified the following key project risks for consideration: Electrical Tight timeframes Contract Terms and Conditions The power upgrade is scheduled to be completed during the October school holidays The air conditioning installation works are scheduled to occur during the December school holidays to minimise disruption to school operations Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at Wanneroo Secondary College, 56 Quarkum St, Wanneroo, WA 6065 on 20 August 2026 at 1:30 PM. A mandatory site briefing will also be held at Wanneroo Secondary College, 56 Quarkum St, Wanneroo, WA 6065. Attendance at the briefing is a prerequisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
