About this tender
Overview The Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources (DISR), on behalf of its National Measurement Institute (NMI), is seeking a vendor to conduct an accessibility audit of the Trade Measurement Activities and Reporting System (TMARS). Purpose The objective is to assess whether TMARS meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards and provide remediation guidance to improve accessibility for users with disabilities. Scope The scope includes: Conducting an independent accessibility assessment of TMARS customer-facing components against WCAG 2.2 Level AA Reviewing a representative sample of customer-facing web portal content and functionality Reviewing digital forms and functional components Reviewing system-generated emails and notifications Identifying accessibility issues, prioritising them (Priority 1-3), and providing clear, actionable remediation recommendations Conducting a kick-off meeting and delivering a work plan Delivering a draft Accessibility Audit Report and presentation Delivering a final Accessibility Audit Report and presentation Providing ad-hoc guidance sessions during the engagement and for up to 30 days after completion Providing a final re-assessment and Certificate of Conformance once remediation is completed Enquiries Buyer contact: ICTSourcing@industry.gov.au
