Enterprise Resource Planning Project – Project Management and Contract Management

This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is seeking suitably qualified professional services providers to support the delivery of a new Enterprise Resource Planning platform across the organisation. Scope Services are required across two separable but closely integrated capability areas: Project Management and Contract Management. Respondents may respond for either or both capability areas. The scope includes: Supporting integrated delivery planning, project controls, governance, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk and issue management, reporting and day-to-day delivery coordination (Project Management) Supporting the Department's contractual relationship with the Solution Integrator, including scope, deliverables, performance obligations, governance requirements, acceptance processes and escalation of contract-related issues (Contract Management) Operating as part of a single, integrated and multidisciplinary PMO function under the direction of the Department's Program Manager The Department may engage one provider or multiple providers, with delivery supporting a unified team model, clear accountability, effective collaboration and an integrated approach. Contractor Requirements Demonstrated experience delivering professional PMO services in complex ICT implementation and/or business transformation, including relevant approach, experience and past performance Instructions to Tenderers DEWR will not be extending this opportunity to any additional sellers.
