About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of Finance (ACT) is seeking to procure accessibility assessment and support services for the GovAI program, including WCAG accessibility testing of in-scope GovAI products. About A key benefit of the GovAI program is to provide a reliable, accessible and satisfying GovAI experience for Australian Public Service users. Accessibility assessment is an important mechanism for understanding whether in-scope GovAI products are delivering the intended user experience, and for identifying practical actions to improve accessibility, inclusion and usability. Purpose The assessment will support benefits reporting by providing evidence for a measurable indicator of accessibility conformance across in-scope GovAI products. This measure is one way the Department will demonstrate progress toward achieving the broader benefit of a reliable, accessible and satisfying GovAI experience. Scope The scope includes: Establishing a baseline accessibility compliance position across the in-scope GovAI products Identifying opportunities for remediation Providing a repeatable methodology to support regular accessibility reporting, including at least six-monthly independent assessment and more frequent internal reviews where required Providing evidence for use as an attachment to the GovAI Digital Experience Policy (DXP) Compliance Report, supporting assessment against relevant Digital Service and Digital Inclusion standards, particularly the 'leave no one behind' and 'make it accessible' criteria Instructions to Tenderers The Department of Finance will not consider or invite additional sellers to this RFQ.
