Overview The Department of Finance (the Department) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Service Provider to undertake an independent review and optimisation of charging models for the Government Services Branch (GSB) whole-of-government digital and network services. Purpose The Department is seeking to ensure that charging models are equitable, transparent, consistent where appropriate, and aligned to the Australian Government Cost Recovery Policy. Scope The scope includes an independent review and optimisation of charging models for the following GSB whole-of-government digital and network services: GovTEAMS Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS) GovPlace GovLINK
