About this tender
Overview The Office of the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security (IGIS) is seeking a vendor to build a custom intranet solution using SharePoint Online, hosted by the Attorney-General's Department (AGD), under a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a SharePoint Online Intranet build. About IGIS is a small organisation of approximately 50 staff that currently uses a SharePoint team site as its internal communication platform for all staff. AGD hosts the IGIS protected network on the AGD system, including the IGIS intranet, which is currently a Team Site. AGD has moved to M365 and SharePoint Online, providing IGIS with the opportunity to upgrade to a more appropriate communication solution. Scope The scope includes: Building a custom intranet solution using SharePoint Online, hosted by AGD Developing the intranet based on existing, completed user experience (UX) design and information architecture (IA) Technical delivery, configuration and integration of the intranet solution The focus of this engagement is on technical delivery, configuration and integration, rather than discovery or design.
