Enterprise Vault is the journal archive of emails for Services Australia (the Agency), the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA). Purpose This procurement is to provide continuity of support and maintenance for the data archive platform, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing audit and investigation capability for the Agency, NDIA and DVA. Scope The scope includes: Onsite business-critical support services for the Enterprise Vault data archive platform Maintenance of the Enterprise Vault platform to ensure continuity of operation Support enabling regulatory compliance for Services Australia, NDIA and DVA Support enabling audit and investigation capability for Services Australia, NDIA and DVA
