Overview The Territory is seeking quotations from suitably qualified suppliers to provide practical deployment support for the TechnologyOne platform being implemented for the eDevelopment replacement program. Objectives The required outcome is a controlled, auditable and repeatable deployment capability that supports the implementation team before go-live and, if required, provides short-term support through go-live and hypercare. Strengthen deployment and release processes before go-live Scope The scope includes: Provision of access to experienced TechnologyOne specialists for deployment planning, cutover preparation, release validation and issue resolution Establishment of practical deployment checklists, release notes, rollback/backout considerations and evidence requirements Support for regression testing, UAT evidence capture and release readiness advice Transfer of knowledge to Territory and BAU support resources so deployment practices can be sustained after go-live Provision of optional surge capacity for go-live, hypercare and rollback activities if required
