The Role The role includes: Unblocking issues affecting the delivery team Supporting the delivery team, and monitoring and improving team performance Using agile methodologies, learning and iterating the product and processes frequently to meet user needs Working with Product Managers to define the roadmap for products and services Removing blockers and supporting the delivery team so that they can maintain delivery throughput
