The role reports to the Director, Research Evaluation & Statistics, and provides strategic leadership and expert advice on benefits management, benefits realisation and economic evaluation across the Agency. About The Agency has a mature Digital Health Benefits Framework that leverages the internationally recognised Quintuple Aim for Health Care Improvement to support the measurement and realisation of benefits arising from digital health investments and initiatives. The Role The role includes: Leading complex benefits analyses Maintaining the Agency's Digital Health Benefits Framework Supporting evidence-based decision-making Demonstrating the value and impact of digital health investments through robust behavioural, economic and outcomes-focused evaluation Role Requirements Skilled benefits specialist with expertise including, but not limited to, cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, cost-utility analysis, multi-criteria decision analysis, qualitative benefits assessment, behavioural economics and benefits realisation
