Overview Hunter Water Corporation is seeking to engage a service provider to assist in the management of electricity consumption via electronic bill verification and energy data management services. Scope There are 2 separable portions of work and tenderers may tender for individual separable portions or all portions. Separable Portion 1, Electronic Bill Verification The monthly requirements will include: Receiving invoices from the electricity retailer, loading the information into the management system, and preparing an electronic file for uploading of the information by Hunter Water's Accounts Payable into Ellipse Reviewing electricity costs and tariffs against contracted rates, and validation of usage, fees and charges to ensure supplier invoices are correct Querying any discrepancies or errors in the electricity bills, and negotiating a refund from the retailers Separable Portion 2, Energy Data Management The solution Hunter Water is looking for consists of: Provision of a database or other software package to store electricity billing and associated data to enable Hunter Water to monitor, analyse and report on electricity use and cost across the organisation A platform that receives, ingests, translates, validates and stores data from multiple Hunter Water sources (for example, SCADA, solar inverters) and external sources (for example, electricity retailers, meter data providers) using configurable data exchange methods and formats Contractor Requirements Highly experienced and qualified in electronic bill verification and energy data management services
