Overview The Department of Social Services (ACT) is seeking a Business Architect to design and document future-state operating models, business processes and service delivery arrangements supporting the implementation of reform initiatives. The Role The Business Architect will be responsible for: Designing and documenting future-state operating models, business processes and service delivery arrangements to support implementation of reform initiatives Identifying impacts across policy, operational, reporting, governance and digital functions Developing business architecture artefacts, capability models, detailed data and systems documentation, product capability roadmaps and other key business documentation Supporting organisational change, future-state service delivery, implementation and transition activities, and investment planning through the documentation produced Providing strategic advice on transition pathways between current and future operating environments Enquiries Buyer contact: joshua.hicks@dss.gov.au
