Overview The National Disability Insurance Agency is seeking an EL1 Change Manager to coordinate activities and communication in order to ensure project objectives are met and sustained. The role focuses on the people aspect of change, including changes to business processes, tools and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The Role The EL1 Change Manager is responsible for delivering organisational change initiatives effectively and efficiently and for supporting people leaders to lead their teams through change. The role includes: Delivering organisational change initiatives effectively and efficiently Supporting people leaders to lead their teams through change Representing the NDIA, where required, to advance the NDIA's interests in cross-agency, inter-jurisdictional and other forums Leading and developing audience-led communication, engagement, training and support activities to support change strategies Engaging with internal and external stakeholders Ensuring successful communication of change across the NDIA Providing detailed technical, professional, policy and operational support and advice in relation to complex matters, taking a solutions-focussed approach to problem solving Role Requirements Ability to exercise a considerable degree of independence, with a high level of decision-making and judgement
