Overview Insurance and Care NSW (icare) is seeking information from the market through this Request for Information (RFI) to support the replacement of its current, disparate document management systems with a single, modern, and unified Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or Document Management System (DMS) platform. Objectives The objective of this RFI is to obtain information from the market to support the replacement of icare's current, disparate document management systems with a single, modern, and unified ECM or DMS platform. The goal is to consolidate the organisation's information footprint, currently spread across Hyland, OpenText, and Tungsten Automation platforms (incumbent vendors), to achieve significant operational and cost efficiencies. Scope This RFI seeks to secure information on the supply, implementation, and migration services for a new Document Management System (DMS) solution.
