Overview The Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) is seeking market information through this non-binding Request for Information (RFI) on contemporary case management solutions capable of supporting the Provider Integrity Division's operational, compliance, integrity and investigatory workflow requirements. Instructions to Tenderers This RFI is open to all suppliers under the Cloud Marketplace and is intended to help DVA understand available solutions, capabilities, delivery options and whole-of-life considerations. This RFI does not guarantee any contracted works. DVA will identify suitable respondents and invite them to participate in a closed Request for Quote (RFQ) process at a later date. Suppliers who do not respond to this RFI will not be invited to participate in any subsequent RFQ process.
