The Role The role includes: Implementing and coordinating the case management process for conformance sunsetting and related transition-risk matters Managing case information, data sources and communications with vendors prior to sunsetting Ensuring matters are handled consistently, procedurally fairly and with clear evidence, milestones and records Working across Conformance Compliance, Conformance Design, Software and Industry Partnerships, program areas, technical providers and other stakeholders Supporting case identification, assessment, monitoring, escalation and closure
