1 Lead Program Architect

Overview The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking a Labour Hire Worker to fill the role of EL2 Program Architect (Lead Program Architect) supporting the Digital Enrolments, Access and Payments (DEAP) program. The Role The EL2 Program Architect (Labour Hire) is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality design outcomes across DEAP projects and provides a cross-program view of architecture plans and deep dives into design work where needed. Guiding and supporting solution and cyber architects Undertaking periods of hands on design work across the portfolio of projects as needed Ongoing development of the systems architecture roadmap and blueprints for multiple projects in a fraud and integrity context, with specific focus on delivery of data platforms, new portals, service enhancements and digital transformations required to improve NDIA's fraud detection and compliance objectives Providing quality assurance reviews and feedback on designs produced by other architects Undertaking detailed designs to support the NDIA's objectives to build a world-leading National Disability Insurance Scheme Role Requirements Must be an Australian citizen, as NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check Labour hire licences are required in the state where specified personnel are being contracted, applicable for the ACT, VIC and QLD Instructions to Respondents The proposed rate should reflect the candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process.
