This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking a Contractor Placement Staff member to fill the role of Senior (EL1) Business Analyst. The Role The scope includes: Performing complex work under broad direction, providing detailed technical and professional business analysis, system analysis, and design changes aligned with the Agency's vision and strategic direction Exercising a considerable degree of independence and performing a leadership role, working closely with stakeholders across the Agency to gain an in-depth understanding of business processes, technical infrastructure, technical services, and strategic roadmap Supporting the Provider Directory and Authorisation Project within the Health Connect Australia Program Supporting authentication and authorisation technologies Managing identity and access management, including the use of PKI and NASH certificates Leading requirements discussions and facilitating workshops Documenting and capturing detailed, structured requirements Engaging with and managing project stakeholders Acting as the conduit between business units and internal stakeholders, including IT business management, solutions development, and solutions implementation functional teams within the Agency, and relevant stakeholders from the health sector Performing other duties as directed by the Agency Role Requirements Ability to perform overly complex work at an EL1 level with detailed technical and professional business analysis, system analysis, and design capability Capacity to work with a considerable degree of independence and in a leadership capacity Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders across business, technical, and health sector functions Knowledge of identity and access management, including PKI and NASH certificates Experience leading requirements discussions and facilitating workshops Experience documenting and capturing detailed, structured requirements
