This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of Social Services is seeking an Implementation Strategy Specialist (Solution Architect) to lead the development of implementation and transition approaches supporting successful delivery of reform initiatives. The Role The role includes: Supporting implementation planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, operational readiness, testing and change activities across the program of work Designing and supporting interim operating models, processes and delivery arrangements where future-state digital or system solutions are not yet available, ensuring business continuity and enabling phased implementation Identifying transition requirements Developing implementation documentation and guidance materials Supporting operational readiness activities Facilitating the progression from current-state and interim arrangements to future-state operating models and system solutions Enquiries Buyer contact: joshua.hicks@dss.gov.au
