This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is seeking an experienced Manual Tester to join the Case Management Solution Program team. About This multi-year program will replace the current customer facing portals with a consolidated client facing portal that allows for a more streamlined and simplified user experience. The program has now commenced and is preparing to move into the delivery phase. The Role Under the direction of the Test Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and operating a testing framework that supports the delivery of high-quality digital services and products in an agile environment. Role Requirements Extensive experience in designing, documenting and executing test plans Excellent customer service and communication skills to be able to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively, develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience using Jira, Confluence and case management systems Ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts, developers, solution architects and product owners to clarify requirements and support successful delivery Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to troubleshoot D365 behaviours, validate data flows and provide clear defect documentation
