This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking a User Experience Designer to deliver evidence-led design outcomes supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of digital products and services. The Role The role includes: Leading end-to-end design activities within multidisciplinary teams, from discovery and research through to ideation, prototyping, testing and implementation Applying Human-Centred Design practices to solve complex problems and deliver solutions that balance user, business and technical needs Engaging stakeholders and communicating to build trusted relationships, facilitate collaboration and influence decision-making Contributing to the evolution of design standards, reusable patterns and design system adoption to promote consistency, accessibility and quality across digital products and services Advocating for user-centred approaches, supporting outcome-focused planning and embedding effective design practices throughout the product lifecycle Working closely with product, delivery and technical teams to improve ways of working and achieve better outcomes for users and the business Independently managing and delivering design activities while contributing positively to multidisciplinary teams Role Requirements Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities and take initiative in complex environments Sound judgement and a proactive mindset Experience applying Human-Centred Design practices
