2 Lead UX/UI Designers

Overview The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking 2 x EL1 UX/UI Senior Designers (Labour Hire) to undertake complex work delivering quality outcomes across the functions of the NDIA. The Role The EL1 UX/UI Senior Designer (Labour Hire) is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the functions of the NDIA. Exercise a considerable degree of independence to engage in complex problem solving and issues management within the functions Exercise sound decision-making and judgement to produce senior level advice and support Provide ongoing improvement of future digital products within the NDIA to help achieve outcomes for users, participants, and providers Actively manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships Represent and negotiate on behalf of the NDIA to advance the NDIA's interests across a range of forums, where required Role Requirements Previous experience designing both internal systems and citizen facing experiences will be an advantage in improving digital services and experiences for users living with disabilities Eligibility NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only. Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check Applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD: labour hire licences are required in the state in which specified personnel are being contracted Tender Briefing A supplier briefing will be held for this role.
