Overview The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking 2 Senior Network Engineers to support the Agency’s Sydney office relocation, including the design, administration, implementation, and maintenance of the new office IT network infrastructure. The Role The role includes: Designing and implementing the IT network infrastructure for the Agency’s new Sydney office Installing and configuring network hardware, such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls Monitoring and maintaining network performance Troubleshooting and resolving network issues and outages Ensuring network security through firewalls, VPNs, and other protective measures Ensuring network systems are up to date with the latest technologies and patches Documenting and maintaining network diagrams, configurations, and documentation Providing network support to users experiencing network-related issues Ensuring that network operations comply with industry regulations and standards Role Requirements Knowledge and understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples Demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
